They definently made me feel unsafe to venture out for what I thought was safe grabbing a sandwich on the outside patio! NEVER NEVER AGAIN! NO PPE ON ANYBODY IN THE restaurant except a guy from the kitchen had on blue gloves, which we watched him leave the restaurant go out to his car.(as we were leaving) still wearing his gloves and went back inside. wipes that I had) watched her pass out menus again to another table and never wiped them off again. Our waitress never wiped down the menu,(I wiped it off my self with Clorox. The bartender and the manager were hugging customers. Stop on for lunch,outside dining.had to ask the waitress to wipe down the table. That’s a person just wanting a paycheck with no regards of customer consideration. Terrible communication, terrible service and horrific management. they never added the cheese to the burgers which initiated this whole circus. I went to go pick up the order and wouldn’t you know it. The manager laughed and said no way could she do that. She asked me what sort of compensation I was looking for. I informed her that she should compensate for me having to wait on hold for 23 minutes while they scrambled on the other end trying to figure things out. Kim the manager made zero attempt to have any consideration to the extent of my wait. In the 23 minutes I was waiting on hold, no one at Wiskey Wings bothered to clue me in as to what they were doing to resolve the issue. I told her that was their problem, not mine. Kim the manager gets on the line and instead of apologizing, she tells me that their 3rd party vendor of whom places the online orders, their system failed to push the order to Wiskey Wings and that’s why they couldn’t find my order. I called back and asked to speak to the manager. After the 23 minutes and no one being able to locate my order, I hung up. sat on hold for over 23 minutes while various people came to the phone and asked if I was placing an order for delivery or pick up. Gave them my order number and info and they couldn’t find my online order. On two of the burgers I noticed there was no option to add cheese so I called in to add.
